WWE Broadcast Promotions

Here’s a still from one of the WWE promotions that I produced. Producing these promotions was unique to many other types of broadcast programming and sports. The creative heads within the organization always want to push the envelope and do something different and their not afraid to try something new. Most all the performers were really great to work with too.

Coca-Cola Co-promotion

Here is a still from one of the many co-promotions I’ve produced with the Coke brand. There’s a reason their brand is one of the strongest in the world, they have a top notch team and rules in place to keep their message consistent across the board.

Tyra Banks Interview

Having produced a great deal of entertainment programming and promotions, I’ve had the opportunity to interview some high profile talent in our industry. Here’s a still from an interview I did with Tyra Banks for an entertainment program and it’s promotional efforts.

Court TV Working Contract

Here’s one page from a contract that I had to sign while doing work for Court TV. Anyone involved with the production and broadcasting of Court TV materials had to sign this contract. This was a very unique experience working where I got to work on high profile national cases at court houses in New York City. You do meet and see a great deal of characters working in these buildings.

Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog

Filed under: Inspiration — Mike Sheehe @ 10:16 am

I DID NOT DO THIS PRODUCTION. I’M POSTING FOR INSPIRATION AND REFERENCE ONLY.

This is long-form content, but, it’s worth taking a look. This was done during the writers strike and is very well done. It’s fresh, takes a risk, and captivates you from the onset. If you’re in the mood for some “out there” humor, check it out.

HSN

Here’s a still from a pitch our team made to HSN for re-branding, image, and topical promotion campaigns. This particular spot was comprised of millions of HSN logos that created the overall network logo and were used to build images of their product line as well.

Cleveland Indians Spring Training Episodic Promotion

Here’s a still from a Cleveland Indians spring training promotion I produced in 2007. We got this request with a very tight deadline, so, we headed out to a local baseball field to get beauty shots. In addition, we scoured stock footage houses for snowy and dreary imagery to provide contrast to the sunny, green and lush baseball field. The spot was a welcome to spring and baseball. After showing all this sunny footage to welcome spring, say goodbye to the cold weather and welcome back baseball in the spots, the first few games at home were snowed out… Talk about irony.

Orlando Magic Episodic Promotion

For a few years I was in charge of all Orlando Magic episodic, image, contest, and POP spots on the Magic TV network. I launched the Orlando Magic on our network, which was quite hectic but fun. Most of the episodics we produced were originals, not bag and tag generic spots with the match up at the end. I tried to come up with weekly or monthly theme based spots, depending on the match-ups coming up. It added to our workload and was quite a bit of work, but, the extra effort paid off in the networks best ratings to date.

This is an image from just one of the numerous spots that we did promoting the Orlando Magic.

Southwest Airlines Cross Promotion

Southwest Airlines partnered with one of our news magazine programs. Here’s a still from one of the cross-promotional spots that were created. These spots were seamlessly intertwined with the programs graphic package, giving the show and the sponsorship a consistent feel.
